Guess what groms!? Our sick Sports Camps Australia surf camps are back. We’ve got a handful of dates coming up for you to get involved and have some surf time with my highest rated coaches and mates at Mona Vale, Tweed Heads and Avoca Beaches in NSW.

Each camp includes surf coaching with me, the chance to improve your surf skills with a mix of fun activities and breakdowns. We do a heap of dry land exercises, surf sessions, yoga, visualisation, Streetboards sessions and games. It’s the perfect way to score some epic waves with your friends, and make some new ones too.
TYPICAL DAY SCHEDULE
9:00-9:30am Introduction followed by warmup session – stretching and surf prep.
9:30-11:30am Water Surf session
12:30-1:00pm Technical brief – Dry land surf specific exercises and Visualisation
1:00-3:00pm Water Surf session – Technical analysis and SERIOUS FUN surfing
Our SCA Surf Camp with Beau Mitchell and Gary Cruikshank are the ultimate surf camp experience for boys and girls ages 8-16 who love surfing and want to get better. If you are willing to put in the work and are eager to learn more about surfing, you are guaranteed to improve your skills and be ripping harder than ever before.
ABOUT Gary Cruikshank: Gary grew up on the northern beaches of Sydney at North Narrabeen. He competed from junior events all the way through to ASP world tour events all around the globe. He was coach and head coach of Surfing Australia’s Hurley High Performance Centre for almost ten years. He has had experience coaching intermediate through to WCT surfers, from all parts of the world.
ABOUT Beau Mitchell: Beau was a professional surfer for just over 10yrs and had 3 years in the top 20 on the WQS. He was GPB World Junior Champion in 2002 and he made multiple WQS finals all around the globe including America, Europe, Australia and Hawaii.
When Beau retired from competitive surfing he took on managing Warner Surfboards and also ran the Quiksilver Surfboard Program through Australia for three years, giving him a great insight into the business world. Beau then teamed up with his long time friend, coach and manager Barton Lynch, to coach and mentor athletes in Australia. He was then asked to be the assistant coach for Australian team at the ISA world titles. Beau has continued his coaching and now runs surfing and skating development programs for all levels as well as work with some of the Worlds best.REGISTER NOW
